I hope you all got your sweat on before eating up all that wonderful food. I know I did! Here is the workout I did:


Try do do 3 sets of 10-12 with each exercise

Assisted Pull Ups  : superset with pushups

Shoulder Raises- front and lateral

Pull Down Machine : superset standing oblique crunches

Seated Shoulder Press

Standing Rows

Upright Rows

Bent Over Rows


Russian twist with medicine ball- 50 each

Plank for 30 seconds

Lying Flat Alternating leg abs- with 8lb medicine ball- 15 each

Repeat Round 3 times

Get that core working!

Cardio for 15 minutes

After my workout I had my protein shake from Beverly International. Then I went off to the feast!
