Hump Day!

Yesterday at the gym we did back and shoulders and let me tell you I am sore!

Dinner last night was Baked Potato Chicken Salad. I didn’t have Brussel sprouts so I used fresh broccoli.  It was still very good!





I love broccoli.  If you don’t love it maybe you should try roasting it. It tastes way better when it’s cooked this way!  It is also very good for you and has plenty of health benefits!
