On Sunday I hosted my first Wildtree Freezer Meal Party!  My friend Jessica from work is a rep and she came over and we prepped 10-20 freezer  meals ( all organic, healthy ingredients) in about an hour!

All we had to do was purchase the “bundle” which was waiting for everyone at the party, and do a little grocery shopping, mainly to buy meat and then we put everything into freezer bags.

Everyone brought their meat and we put all the recipes together at the party and back into the freezer, ready to pull out and cook quickly 🙂

Everyone got a “wildtree bundle” which included 2 kinds of grapeseed oil, taco seasoning, opa greek seasoning, and a garlic and herb seasoning… A lot of people were sneezing as we prepped our bags 😉

It also came with instruction cards to put in the double bags so you know how to cook it when the time comes!

We got a folder with all the recipes and a couple of extras.

Clean up was easy, all I had to do was wipe down the counters!

Breakfast:

Yesterday’s breakfast was so good. I made another Protein Oatmeal Loaf.  This time it turned out even better with a few minor changes that I made.

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites (real eggs work better than the liquid egg whites in a carton)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – I used why isolate from Kroger and it worked better than the fitmixer protein.
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet stevia
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • I cut mine into 4 slices again

  • 121 calories
  • 1 g fat
  • 8.25 g carbs
  • <1 g sugar
  • 10g protein
