Friday:  Wildtree Talapia

Saturday:  Out to eat?

Sunday:  TBD

Tuesday:  Crossfit  (I told my brother in law I would try a new gym with him)- 1st class free!

Wednesday:  Crossfit or Gym : Chest and Legs

Thursday:  Gym: Cardio + Back and Shoulders?

Friday:  OFF

Saturday:  Gym: Triceps & Biceps

Sunday:  Cardio + Tabata

February 3, 2013 is National Carrot Cake Day

Happy National Carrot Cake Day!

They made a holiday just for me!  I will definitely be enjoying a piece of this today!  My favorite dessert!!

Saturday I had to work, but I wasn’t going to skip the gym.

I told you guys the other day that I tried a new preworkout:

 I had some samples that I was going through.  Well before the gym, about 3o minutes after drinking it, I started to itch and tingle, especially my face and hands.  I knew for sure this was NOT going to be the preworkout for me!  I like the Jack3D way better, and I did not get this feeling at all!

¬†I saw a great kettlebell workout on Tina’s website and thought I would do it. ¬†I also had to do my Day 3 of the Pushup Challenge¬†(Hosted by Becky) and they kind of fit together so it was perfect!

Push-Up Challenge

So here’s what I did:

1.  To start off, I did as many pushups as I could:

I went up by 2, woo hoo!

Next I incorporated the Kettlebell workout with some planks and abs:

I followed up my workout with 10 minutes on the elliptical.

Dinner was a mix of scrambled eggs (one egg, one egg white) with laughing cow garden vegetable cheese melted in, yum. Also some mango salsa and crumbled sweet italian sausage. ¬†I put the salsa on the side at first…

And then I realized how good it was so I mixed it all together!

I should have made a bigger portion because it was delicious!

I know this is NOT a healthy cereal, but I love cereal and I could eat it for probably any meal.. And this was my sweet treat for the day!

Sharing with Heart Event


There are plenty of ways you can participate:

1. ¬†Anyone can play along, but to be eligible for prizes, you’ll need to sign up and make a donation to our Grant Raising Fund. ¬†You can make a ten dollar donation or you can purchase the “Sharing with Heart” tank or a “Live Sporty Love Sporty” tee. ¬†

2.  Get active with your friends and take pictures!
