Here are some Highlights from my weekend!  If you follow me on Instagram you probably saw a lot of these 🙂

Some of my new favorite snacks are veggies with the laughing cow cheese wedges, so good!

That’s me : Cupcake!  Finished the WOD in 21:34 with some cheering on from my friends- red faced and all!

Leftover Chicken and Bacon – Roasted Brussels Sprouts in Olive oil – s&p – garlic powder – Falafel Chickpeas

Protein Almond Butter Morning Mug Muffin


  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 4 drops liquid stevia- You can use powdered stevia or omit completely if you prefer
  • water ( I never measure)

Mix all ingredients together in a mug. Slowly add water to make a smooth consistency.  Microwave for 60 seconds.  Top with walnuts (or whatever nut you prefer)
