Some of my new favorite snacks are veggies with the laughing cow cheese wedges, so good!
Cilantro turkey burgers – Sweet potato with almond butter – guacamole – garden cucumbers with spinach dip
That’s me : Cupcake! Finished the WOD in 21:34 with some cheering on from my friends- red faced and all!

Leftover Chicken and Bacon – Roasted Brussels Sprouts in Olive oil – s&p – garlic powder – Falafel Chickpeas
My favorite Item from my Whole Foods Trip (which I’ll tell you about tomorrow)
Protein Almond Butter Morning Mug Muffin
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 4 drops liquid stevia- You can use powdered stevia or omit completely if you prefer
- water ( I never measure)
Mix all ingredients together in a mug. Slowly add water to make a smooth consistency. Microwave for 60 seconds. Top with walnuts (or whatever nut you prefer)
