Good Morning!

This past weekend I made another trip to Whole Foods.  Oh boy, do I love and I mean LOVE this place.  I think I spent an hour and a half wandering around.  Then when I got to the hot food section the guy at the counter asked me what I wanted like 3 times and I just couldn’t make up my mind!  I wanted it all.

So I went over to the juice bar and got a sensational smoothie instead.  The Green Beet = Amazing!

I wrote about my last trip to Whole Foods, Whole Foods and Healthy Snacking, and told you guys about some healthy snacks that I got.  If you missed it make sure you go check it out to see what I’ve been snacking on!

This time I got some of the same things but here are some new items that I found also!

Peanut Butter Puffins:  This is a great cereal.  One serving only has like 6-7 grams of sugar so just in case I am on a cereal kick I figure this is not such a bad option.  My husband will probably eat it all before I get to it anyway!

Dates:  These are great to have on hand to make fun paleo desserts, like this 3 Ingredient Macadamia Nut Cookie.

Unsweetened Coconut:  I just started to like coconut this summer and now I use it in many recipes!  It’s great to have on hand to throw into cookies, or to top your oatmeal with.

Almond Flour:  This used to be so expensive at Whole Foods so I always bought it at Kroger but they have a new low price of 6.99!   I was amazed.

Lara Bars:  These are two flavors I haven’t tried yet.  Chocolate Coconut Chew and Cashew Cookie.  Lara Bars are awesome because the ingredient list is so clean!

Kind Bars:  I buy the ones that have 4-5 grams of sugar per bar.  I got the dark chocolate + sea salt, and a new to me flavor, Madagascar Vanilla Almond (4 grams sugar)

Coco Roons:  These are a great Paleo dessert.  Last time I got the Lemon Pie (I gave a lot to my sis) so this time I wanted to try the cacao Nib flavor.  They are amazing by the way!  Each bite only has 4 grams of sugar!!

Quest Bars:  You can’t go wrong with ANY flavor of these. I love them all.  Nuke them in the microwave for ten seconds and you are good to go!

Think Thin Crunch:  I loved the chocolate coconut so much I had to buy another.  I also go the chocolate dipped mixed nuts!

Double Feature Trail Mix:  This stuff is like crack, seriously!  I had to give some to my sister so I wouldn’t eat the whole bag.  It is really hard to just eat one serving.  It has almonds, cashews, chocolate peanut butter cups, and raisins, OMG!  This is my treat at night 🙂

Sweet Potato Puffs:  Let’s just leave it at that 😉

Pesto Parmesan Chicken Burgers:  These are premade and all you have to do is heat them in the microwave for one minute.  I took one for lunch yesterday and it was so juicy and filling!

Sweet Potato Fries:  All you have to do is heat them up 🙂  Perfect and Simple!

Arctic Zero:  I saw this on some other blogs and knew I  had to try it.  This flavor just tastes like chocolate to me and I don’t like chocolate ice cream.  I know, I’m weird I don’t like chocolate pie, ice cream, or cake.  I would rather have vanilla or carrot cake.  Or some kind of chocolate concoction on top of my vanilla ice cream 🙂

Conclusion:  The next day at Kroger I bought the Vanilla Maple 🙂  YUM.
