I don’t know about you guys but this weekend was jam-packed for me!

First, I want to show you some new to me products that I ordered from IHerb.  I used a coupon and got 10 dollars off my purchase and free shipping!

I’ve used coconut flour before but never these other products.  I have heard so much about nutritional yeast so I thought I should just go ahead and buy some and try it on my veggies and whatever else I can come up with.  It has lots of fiber and protein in it.  Right up my alley!

Peanut flour is another one that I’ve seen people use instead of PB2.  2 tbsp has 8 grams of protein, holy cow!  I can’t wait to experiment with these.

Thursday night I went to the Rascal Flatt’s concert, which was amazing!  First the girls and I went and got some dinner and drinks.

I had the spinach flat bread with tomato, and balsamic drizzle with added chicken.

The neighbors had a cookout and our dog Jackson got to play with his brother who lives next door all night!

Won some beer at a baby shower, yes at baby shower.  That’s how we roll.
