Breakfast at 7:45:
Overnight Oats (again)- But it’s so good!
This was what it looks like the night before. The topping was a mixture of the raisins, almonds, and honey flax cereal.
Breakfast held me over until lunch time.
Lunch at 1130:
Microwaveable english muffin (paleo) with ham and the laughing cow 1/3 less fat cinnamon cream cheese with a tomato on top 🙂
I had carrots and hummus with a green tea for lunch.
Snack 2:30- ish
I had a little snack that was lingering around work. It was some kind of graham crust with white chocolate and cranberries. It was so good. I also had an orange and a mini baby bell Light.
Another snack around 5:30 before Pure Barre
Kind- Dark chocolate and sea salt + protein bar
Pure Barre was soooo hard last night. I burned about 300 calories but the fat burn % of calories was 45! So I was very happy with that! My thighs have never been that sore before. I
hate the workout during class but I LOVE it after! If you have never tried Pure Barre you should really check it out. It will change the shape of your body!
Larosas Pizza -honey wheat crust- (which my husband and step son did not like!) with a salad. I couldn’t even taste the difference!
I couldn’t wait. I had to eat some before I took this shot. I had another small piece too 🙂
I used Annie’s Naturals Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette. We ordered pizza because our pick for the “24 Days of Togetherness” was “Pizza Night”
Alec was pumped for pizza night!
St. Nick is came last night (I’m not catholic, but my mom used to be so she would always get me gifts when I was little) so I got the boys some little gifts from work. They were having a small bake sale with some other cute gifts. Look how cute these things are:
This is a chocolate bar wrapped like a reindeer.

I need a manicure! This is another chocolate bar.

I worked 10 hours yesterday so I took my breakfast to work to eat it.
Breakfast: Overnight Oats
I didn’t have a picture since I was at work in a hurry 😦 It kind of looked like this though:
I also didn’t have chia seeds- I heard that’s the key 🙂
1/2 cup plain oats
1 cup almond milk cinnamon to taste
1 tsp brown sugar
In the morning add:
raisins, almond slices, 2 tbsp honey almond flax cereal for crunch
Snack was a Banana
Lunch was leftovers from dinner last night:
Coconut chicken with quinoa- I added 1/2 of an avocado with S&P to taste
With a Greek Yogurt:
Snack was an apple with peanut butter!
My plan after work was to do Pure Barre! I thought I was going to be late since this is what the traffic looked like!
But I made it on time!
We did the “pretzel” again on the floor. That was really a challenge! I don’t think my “seat” was working right last night!

I definitely broke a sweat last night!
For dinner I planned on having Laura’s Lean chili but I wasn’t in the mood after working out. So I made scrambled eggs with chicken apple sausage.
I added some cheese too!
I also had a chocolate peanut butter protein shake. Yum!
After dinner we drank egg nog for the “24 Days of Togetherness”
It tasted like bubble gum but I didn’t like it so Alec finished mine.
